About ADF Customs

ADF Customs is a small-batch fabrication brand out of Winterset, Iowa, built around one idea: factory parts are a starting point, not the finish line.

Founded by Anders Aasen, ADF started as a side project and grew into a full fabrication operation combining 3D printing, TIG welding, fiberglass, carbon fiber, and upholstery — all under one roof. Every part is designed in Fusion 360, printed or fabricated in-house, and shipped directly to you.

What we make

We specialize in custom interior trim and fabrication parts for the Chevrolet S10 and 2006–2013 GMT900 Silverado/Sierra platform. Parts that are cracked, discontinued, or just plain ugly from the factory. We design replacements that fit right and look intentional.

How it's made

Every part starts in CAD. For replacement pieces we 3D scan the original using a Creality Otter to get exact geometry, then model the replacement in Fusion 360. Parts are printed on a Bambu Lab P1S in ASA filament — chosen specifically for its heat and UV resistance in a vehicle interior. Custom metalwork is TIG welded in steel or aluminum. Composite panels use fiberglass or carbon fiber vacuum bagging.

Made to order

We don't sit on inventory. Every order is made when you place it. That means a short lead time (typically 5–7 business days) and zero waste. If you need something specific that isn't listed, send us a message — we quote custom work all the time.
