Shipping & Lead Times

Made to order

Every ADF Customs part is printed or fabricated after you place your order. We don't hold inventory, which means you're getting a fresh part — not something that's been sitting in a box.

Lead times

Standard lead time is 5–7 business days from order confirmation to shipment. Complex custom orders or multi-part orders may take longer — we'll communicate any extended timelines before you pay.

Shipping

We ship via USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground. All orders ship from Winterset, Iowa. Domestic shipping typically arrives within 2–5 business days after the part ships.

Order tracking

You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships. If you haven't received a tracking email within your quoted lead time, reach out at adaasen06@gmail.com.

Custom orders

Custom fabrication orders require a $50 deposit at checkout. We'll reach out within 48 hours to confirm scope, timeline, and final pricing. The deposit is applied toward your total.

Returns

Because every part is made to order, we do not accept returns on standard items unless the part arrives damaged or defective. If something is wrong with your order, email us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
